A considered, energy-efficient urban development designed for modern living.
Development M is a new-build scheme of eight light-filled apartments in Croydon, designed with a focus on sustainability, clarity of layout and long-term performance. We are currently preparing for construction, leading the RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design and Coordination, ensuring all architectural, structural and services elements are fully integrated.
Lumin is also appointed as Principal Designer, providing compliance, safety oversight and design risk management throughout the pre-construction phase.
This project reflects our continued commitment to supporting small developers in delivering high-quality, commercially robust and beautifully designed residential schemes.
